Although I had high expectations due to good reviews, my experience was mixed. The location was fantastic, but the service when I arrived was frustrating, and the room cleanliness left something to be desired. I appreciate the hospitality I received, and the general comfort of the place, but I felt that some aspects could be improved, especially the bathroom amenities and overall cleanliness.
